As the Business Admin Executive, the primary role includes providing day-to-day business development and administrative support to the Automotive Waste Operations departments to ensure the smooth running of the company operations.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To provide general business development, accounting and administrative support to the departments as required including maintenance of filings systems and database records.
- Perform daily accounting data, ledger and payment.
- Prepare sales invoice, delivery order, purchases order and purchase invoice.
- Printing and issuance of payment voucher.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Keeping updated records of debtor and creditor payment.
- In charge of utilities payment.
- Manage and prepare staff duty roster.
- Manage inventory for office stationeries and pantry.
- Compile staff claims for monthly submission.
- Focal point for corporate collaterals.
- Collaborate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Accounting/Finance background
- Preferably 2yrs experience in Biz Support/Admin role
- Knowledge of AutoCount and advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Multilingual

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
