**Main Duty**

To manage and control the receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation of all project materials, tools, and equipment at site store (OSD/MSD) in accordance with company procedures.

**Scope of Work**
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against delivery order.
- Ensure all received materials are properly labelled, stored, and recorded.
- Issue materials and tools as per approved Material Request (MR) or Tool Request.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortage or overstock
- Maintain proper records in stock card/system for all in/out transactions.
- Conduct regular stock checks and submit reports to Project/Logistics team.
- Tag and track company tools and consumables (e.g., welding sets, grinders).
- Coordinate with procurement/logistic on material delivery schedules.
- Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance in store area.
- Assist in preparation of material return list and final stock summary.
- Support mobilization/demobilization of store setup at OSD/MSD.

**Others**
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in material data handling.
- Comply with site HSE rules and permit systems where required.
- Perform other store-related tasks as instructed by superior.

**Job Specification**

Education Attainment:SPM / Certificate in Storekeeping / Warehouse / Logistics or equivalent.

Work Experience:Minimum 2-3 years experience in storekeeping, preferably in project site or oil & gas environment.Familiar with handling consumables, tools, equipment, and PPE items.

Personal Characteristics:

- Male
- Min. age 21 years
- Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to handle physical work and long hours during shutdown
- Good commnication and teamwork skills
- Discipline and able to follow procedures strictly

Others:

- Able to read delivery orders, packing lists, and basic item specs
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, stock record system
- Physically fit to handle site work and store operations
- Forklift license is an added advantage

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
