**About You**

This person will be responsible for coordinating the movement of vehicles for the Inventory Yard at Kompleks Bukit Jambul and will be working closely with the Branch Operations and After Sales Teams to ensure that all vehicle movements are well-coordinated with the relevant parties.

This includes processing the necessary paperwork for all inbound and outbound vehicles, regularly updating the database and liaising with the stakeholders involved. To be successful in this role, you should be able to lead and work well as a team while enforcing / adhering to the SOPs. Ultimately, you will be leading a team of Assistants to ensure that all the planned movements are executed in a timely manner.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Plan and execute the movement of vehicles between Branches / the Yard.
- Check and prepare the vehicles prior to each Vehicle Movement Exercise (Outbound).
- Execute vehicle movements according to the planned schedule(s).
- Upkeep Vehicle Movement Records and regularly update the central database after each Vehicle Movement Exercise (Inbound and Outbound).
- Liaise with the Branch Operations and After Sales Teams to ensure that Vehicle Movements are well-coordinated.
- Liaise with the Car Park Management to process all Inbound and Outbound vehicles.
- Conduct regular stock take to ensure that the inventory listing is up to date.
**Your Know-How**
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the automotive / logistics field.
- Must possess a valid full Class-D Driving License (P-license holders will not be considered).
- Required Skill(s): Excel / Google Sheets, Word / Google Docs
- Quick learner
- Able to cope with a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
