**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in performing all duties and responsibilities related to company secretarial matters
- To provide guidance and training to junior/ new staffs
- To provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- To prepare and draft board and members’ written resolutions or minutes as and when required.
- To prepare, arrange, and ensure the timely submission of statutory forms, returns, and notifications in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 and other authorities
- To keep and update statutory records in accordance with the Companies Act of 2016 & ACRA.
- Assist in any ad-hoc administrative projects and duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- SPM/STPM/ Diploma Level are welcome to apply
- Possess basic Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable with using digital equipment and computer. Training will be provided.
- Willing to learn and be able to work independently
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
