Key in all the general expenses into SQL system before account closing
- Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Verify invoices, purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors
- Prepare payment for all general expenses billing
- Prepare staffs claim, incentive and OT staff
- Check worker's attendance & prepare monthly payroll (for Foreign Workers)
- Renew worker's Passport, Permit, Insurance & Fomema
- Handle ad-hoc task as required

**Job Requirement**
- At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated, a team player, disciplined, committed with high integrity and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Highly dedicated, good interpersonal/communication skill, responsible and team-focused
- Required Skill(s): Ms Office, SQL accounting system

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
