We’re looking for a **Partnership Executive** to help grow AJI-YA’s footprint across **retailers and F&B brands** — getting our products onto shelves, into menus, and into the hearts of consumers.

**What You’ll Do**
- Identify and onboard new **retailers, cafés, and F&B partners** to carry or serve AJI-YA products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and trade partners.
- Execute **go-to-market and in-store activation plans** in collaboration with the Brand team.
- Track sales performance, monitor market trends, and continuously identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent AJI-YA at events, trade fairs, and sampling activations to strengthen brand presence.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Education**:

- Diploma or Degree in **Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field**.
- A genuine interest in the **F&B or FMCG industry** is highly valued.

**Experience**:

- **3-5 years** of experience in **sales, business development, or key account management**, ideally in **FMCG, food distribution, or retail**.
- Proven ability to **develop partnerships** with retailers, distributors, or F&B chains.
- Experience in **product placement, retail onboarding, or menu collaborations** is an advantage.
- Good understanding of **consumer trends, retail operations, and trade marketing**.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent **communication and relationship-building** skills.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset — results-driven, adaptable, and growth-oriented.
- Able to work **independently** while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Passion for **good food, creativity, and making ideas happen**.
- Fluent in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
