Our client, is an **International Logistic sector**, is looking for_**SPECIALIST**_:

- **HR Shared Service (Senior Executive)**

**Location**:Penang, Malaysia

**Responsibilities**:

- To act as a strategic business partner by playing an advisory role to the HOD and Senior Management.
- To handle staff disciplinary and grievances issues and provide basic counselling to employees who have performance and/or disciplinary related obstacles.
- Proactively work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- To manage and execute HR activities including but not limited to performance evaluation, organization development, manpower review, employee communication and relations and etc, through proper communication and collaboration with other line departments.
- To plan and drive the recruitment and selection through various channels and to monitor the progression to ensure that the Company is operating under adequate and effective manpower for both local and foreign labour recruitment.
- Manage hiring operations to include the full recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and competitive offers and sourcing support for critical roles.
- Work closely with BU/ Line Managers on yearly Performance Appraisals and salary reviews matters.
- Review and implement P&O policies, processes, and initiatives, ensure compliance with current employment regulations. Support P&O/RBA/ISO/EHS etc. Audits.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, career development, high potential programs and succession planning.
- Plan, organize and manage employee engagement, wellness and welfare activities. Analyze engagement survey feedback, conduct focus groups, develop action plans to address issues/for improvement and follow-through with implementation and regular follow-up and monitoring.
- Assist to identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs, where required.
- Work closely with subcon/ recruitment agencies for any hiring requests and employee relations.
- Participates in other business projects, representing P&O as required.
- Involved in Foreign Worker management.
- Lead and take part in P&O improvement projects.

**Requirements**:
(1) **Bachelor’s degree in human resource, business administration or equivalent.**

(2) **Minimum 3-5 years experience** as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.

(3) Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.

(4) Resourceful, positive, energetic with initiative and excellent motivational skills.

(5) Strong organizational and analytical skills with **ability to work independently.**

(6) Strong foundation within the P&O functions and process improvement experiences will be an added advantage.

(8) Able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month
