We are RR Corporate Management Services are consultants and the official representatives of our client, _**FR Elite Group Sdn. Bhd.**_

Currently, _**FR Elite Group Sdn. Bhd.**_ is looking for motivated and qualified individuals to fill the position of _**Marketing Executive.**_
- **Position : Marketing Executive**_**Responsibilities**:_
- Plan, coordinate, and execute roadshows, pop-up booths, and community activations to promote Dulcus Perfume across Klang Valley and other target regions.
- Research and propose event participation opportunities (e.g. bazaars, lifestyle events, student expos).
- Develop strategic offline campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and increase foot traffic.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align offline strategies with overall brand direction.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Dulcus Perfume across TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee).
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media, including planning, posting, and analyzing content performance.
- Assist in planning product launches, promotional campaigns, and collaborations with influencers or KOLs.
- Monitor TikTok Shop and Shopee pages — update product listings, optimize descriptions, manage vouchers/promos, and track order performance.
- Coordinate and support TikTok Live sessions, working closely with the live host and creative team
- Assist in tracking event ROI, collecting feedback, and reporting on effectiveness.
- **Criteria We looking For**:_
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or related fields.
- 1-2 years experience in event marketing, brand activation, or marketing support roles.
- Strong project coordination and **event planning skills.**:

- Outgoing personality and excellent communication — you love connecting with people.
- Flexible with travel, weekends, and flexible hours during event days.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and great at multitasking.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and content trends is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

- Bahasa (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
