We are RR Corporate Management Services are consultants and the official representatives of our client, _**FR Elite Group Sdn. Bhd.**_

Currently, _**FR Elite Group Sdn. Bhd.**_ is looking for motivated and qualified individuals to fill the position of _**Junior Marketing Executive.**_
- **Position : Junior Marketing Executive**_**Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in managing and growing Dulcus Perfume’s presence across TikTok and Instagram.
- Support the planning and execution of social media content — ideation, caption writing, scheduling, and publishing.
- Coordinate with the team to create engaging daily content, including UGC, trending videos, and brand campaigns.
- Research current trends, sounds, and hashtags to help boost visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the graphic designer and intern for visual direction and execution.
- Help plan and execute monthly social media calendars, campaigns, and giveaways.
- Support live stream sessions by preparing content angles, assisting with behind-the-scenes tasks, and engaging with the audience.
- Monitor and report on content performance and audience engagement to improve future strategy.
- Direct reporting to the Marketing Manager.
- **Criteria We looking For**:_
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
- Active user and strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
- Able to identify content trends, formats, and storytelling angles.
- Passionate about beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle branding.
- Basic knowledge of content editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Good writing skills for captions and brand voice.
- Creative thinker, fast learner, and team player.
- Able to go live stream is a bonus.
- Strong time-management and communication skills.
