**Role Overview**: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Officer, ensuring the efficient management of their schedule, communication, and tasks. The role acts as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential and time-sensitive materials with care and discretion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage the Executive Officer’s daily schedule, including meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure the Executive Officer is well-prepared for meetings and events.
- Draft meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
**Communication Management**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Executive Officer, liaising with both internal and external parties.
- Facilitate communication between the Executive Officer and team members, departments, and external partners.
**Event & Travel Coordination**:
- Plan and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences involving the Executive Officer.
**Project Management Support**:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely task completion.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics such as business strategies, markets, and operational plans.
**Office & Personal Management**:
- Handle personal tasks for the Executive Officer, including household administration if necessary.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both business and personal documents.
**Stakeholder Relations**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, vendors, and partners.
- Represent the Executive Officer in a professional manner in all internal and external interactions.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Drive the Executive Officer to business-related meetings, classes (including some weekends), and other engagements if required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree holder of business studies or any related to the position
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Skilled driver, with the ability to navigate around KL.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
