Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Communication & Liaison
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing matters for the executive.
- Liaise with staff, clients, and business partners on behalf of the executive.
Office & Task Management
- Monitor deadlines, projects, and deliverables to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in preparing reports, research, and briefing materials.
- Handle personal and professional tasks to free up the executive's time.
Confidentiality & Discretion
- Manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Ensure professional representation of the executive and the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of integrity.
