Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Communication & Liaison

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing matters for the executive.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, and business partners on behalf of the executive.

Office & Task Management

  • Monitor deadlines, projects, and deliverables to support executive decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing reports, research, and briefing materials.
  • Handle personal and professional tasks to free up the executive's time.

Confidentiality & Discretion

  • Manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Ensure professional representation of the executive and the company.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of integrity.
