Responsibility
- Strategically plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant channels (Google, YouTube, TikTok) with a strong focus on conversion tracking, lead generation, and full-funnel performance.
- Own and manage Meta Pixel deployment and event tracking across digital assets, ensuring accurate attribution and full-funnel insights into audience behavior, campaign performance, and conversions. -Continuously refine paid advertising campaigns by analyzing key performance indicators (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPL), adjusting targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnel stages to maximize returns and cost efficiency.
- Set up, audit, and optimize conversion tracking mechanisms using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, UTM parameters, and custom events to ensure all marketing efforts are measurable and reportable.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Website, Social Media, and Multimedia teams to ensure alignment of creatives, landing pages, and content with performance objectives and pixel requirements.
- Design and execute A/B testing for ad creatives, copy variations, audience segments, and landing pages to identify the best-performing assets and boost overall campaign efficiency.
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights through detailed performance reporting and dashboards, identifying gaps and opportunities for conversion rate improvement and marketing optimization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business objectives into measurable performance campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment, clear tracking goals, and consistent progress updates.
- Support the full Sales Funnel lifecycle, from awareness to enrollment, by implementing advanced retargeting, custom conversions, lead scoring, and user behavior segmentation.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta's latest advertising features, conversion APIs, pixel updates, and attribution models, recommending strategic shifts to stay ahead of platform changes.
- Contribute to SEO, content optimization, and funnel building efforts where needed, integrating organic strategies with paid campaign insights for holistic performance growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, Google Ads, CIM) are a strong plus.
- Proven experience managing Meta Pixel and conversion tracking setups, with the ability to define standard/custom events, debug issues, and integrate with CRMs or analytics platforms.
- Proven experience in similar digital marketing positions for the educational consultancy industry is highly preferred.
- Strong command of performance marketing tools: Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Hotjar.
- Demonstrated success in multi-platform ad campaign management, preferably within education, consultancy, or service-based industries.
- Deep understanding of performance KPIs: ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rates, and how to interpret and act on them.
- Experience with sales funnel tracking and optimization, including retargeting strategies, event-based tracking, drop-off analysis, and A/B testing for lead quality improvement.
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills, able to translate complex tracking data into understandable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with excellent attention to detail and a growth-driven mindset.
