**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative function to support Superior.
- Handling duties such as data entry, sorting invoices, filing, scanning, photocopy and doing paperwork as requested by your superior.
- Secretarial work.
- Maintaining proper documents and filing control.
- Preparing quotations, schedules and etc for projects
- Perform any other duties that maybe assigned by Superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

**Job Requirements**
- SPM or Certificate in any related field.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in construction or projects in administrative/document controller role.
- Good personality and communication skills.
- Computer literate, good in Ms Excel and Ms Word.
- Location in Bandar Puchong Jaya.

**Salary**: RM1,300.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
