As the IT Executive for [CompanyX], you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s IT strategy, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department. In this role, you will be the primary decision maker for all IT-related matters, including budgeting, vendor management, system development and implementation, and data security. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure is able to support the ever-changing needs of the business. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of all aspects of IT, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Define the company’s overall IT strategy and architecture, in alignment with business goals
- Develop annual IT budgets and track actual spending against budget to ensure efficient use of resources
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, including data center operations, network administration, and user support
- Ensure that systems are secure and compliant with industry and government regulations
- Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize costs
- Oversee the management of data and information, including data warehouses, business intelligence, and analytics
- Lead the company’s digital transformation initiatives, developing plans to migrate legacy systems to the cloud
- Foster a culture of innovation and encourage the adoption of new technologies
- Mentor and develop IT staff, providing guidance and career growth opportunities
- Serve as a liaison between the IT department and other departments within the organisation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,900.00 per month
