We are building a **dedicated in-house telesales team based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur** (3 Agents + 1 Team Lead). The team will focus on **assisting and influencing customers to reload and actively use a specific e-wallet app.**

This role is **office-based (not remote)** and requires excellent communication skills, the ability to engage customers positively, and the resilience to meet challenging KPIs.

**About the RolesTelesales Agent (3 Positions)**
- Make high-volume outbound calls to customers to encourage and influence them to reload and use the e-wallet.
- Educate customers on benefits, promotions, and features of the e-wallet app.
- Handle objections confidently and provide clear, supportive responses.
- Track and log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales/reload targets.
- Maintain energy, positivity, and professionalism throughout the day.

**Team Lead (1 Position)**
- Lead and motivate a team of 3 telesales agents to consistently achieve targets.
- Monitor daily performance, provide coaching, and conduct quality checks on calls.
- Report key metrics (calls made, reload conversions, objections handled) to management.
- Work with management to refine call scripts and sales strategies.
- Act as the escalation point for customer or agent issues.
- Balance leadership responsibilities while also making outbound calls to support team targets.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification.
- **Experience required**:

- Telesales Agents: Previous telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling experience (B2C preferred).
- Team Lead: Prior experience leading a telesales/telemarketing team OR senior sales experience with leadership potential.
- Strong verbal communication in **English & Bahasa Malaysia** (Mandarin/Tamil is a plus).
- Persuasive, energetic, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and bounce back quickly.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with CRM/data logging systems (training provided).
- Willing to work **full-time at our Bangsar office**.

**Work Environment & Benefits**:

- **Working Hours**: 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
- **Location**: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur (office-based).
- **Contract**: 6 months (renewable, based on performance).
