The Royal Selangor Club, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a qualified and dedicated **Finance Assistant** to support our Finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a good foundation in finance and accounting, and an interest in working within a prestigious hospitality environment.

**Location: Kuala Lumpur**
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Record Daily Transactions**: Accurately track and record all daily financial transactions, following club policies.
- **Manage Cash Flow and Petty Cash**: Oversee cash flow and petty cash processes, including reconciliations and replenishments as needed.
- **Process Invoices and Payments**: Handle invoices, payments, and reimbursements promptly to support financial stability.
- **Assist with Month-End Closing**: Help with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and reporting to keep data accurate.
- **Maintain Financial Records**: Keep financial records organized and up-to-date for audits.
- **Liaise with Vendors and Teams**: Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve billing and finance queries.
- **Support Daily Finance Operations**: Assist with a range of regular finance tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in accounting, finance, or business administration, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proven experience in cash flow management.
- Proficiency in managing petty cash and team coordination.
- Moderate skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.
