Finance Assistant Admin

**Job Summary**
**As a Finance Assistant cum Admin, you will support the finance team in daily accounting tasks and assist with general administrative duties. Your role ensures accurate financial records, smooth operations, and timely support for both finance and office-related matters.**
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance & Accounting Support
Assist in daily bookkeeping and data entry into accounting software.
Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
Handle petty cash and staff claims.
Assist with month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
Maintain and organize proper documentation for all financial transactions.
2. Administrative Duties
Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and document handling.
Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and office supplies.
Maintain proper filing systems for finance and HR documents.
Liaise with vendors, banks, and external parties when required.
3. HR Support (as needed)
Help to prepare payroll-related documents and staff records.
Support the finance team on statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
**Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in finance or admin roles (fresh grads may be considered).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian statutory contributions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.).
Good organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
