- Job Description:
1. Operational Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Ensure all outlets adhere to company standards for quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and audits to monitor performance and compliance.

2. Sales & Profitability:

- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue and profit targets for all assigned outlets.
- Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve business performance.
- Manage cost control (food cost, labor, wastage) and ensure budget targets are met.

3. Staff Management:

- Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs.
- Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and staffing requirements for all outlets.

4. Customer Service & Experience:

- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across all outlets.
- Handle escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure consistency in service delivery and product quality.

5. Marketing & Promotion:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.

6. Reporting & Administration:

- Prepare and submit operational, financial, and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure all outlets comply with licensing, health, and safety regulations.

7. Strategic Planning:

- Assist in setting business goals, expansion plans, and outlet improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
