**Responsibilities**: - In a controlled test environment design and process scenarios, provide analytic input for projects and aid in review of custody products - Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies, in conjunction with professional judgement to make process improvement recommendations - Resolve settlement related issues and escalate as needed; recommend solutions to resolve complex issues - Participate in the implementation of assigned projects, including new products, services and upgrades to platforms - Act as Project Manager when required - Maintain document records and artifacts as needed to support Projects and Programs - Lead Production role out for Projects and Programs representing Custody Operation as required. - Identify policy gaps and formulate new policies to enhance the streamlining of trade flow processes - Monitor and provide solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank - Provide informal guidance, and/or on the job training to new team members **Qualifications**: - 5-7 years of relevant experience - Demonstrated comprehension of Transaction Management, Cash, FX and Asset Servicing Products - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skill - Experience with Robotics Process Automation tools [e. g., Blue Prism, Big Data, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)] is a plus, but not required - Experience in developing business requirements for projects - Proficiency with MS Access and/or Excel and/or Power BI - Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management. - Knowledge of technology or financial software development industry. - Excellent written and oral communication skills; well-developed analytical and interpretive skills. **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
