Administrative Function

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-to-day operation.
- Provide administrative operational duties includes correspondence, time management, upkeep office equipment.
- Handle company’s petty cash (under the Petty Cash Imprest System).
- Handle general office purchases such as kitchen’s sundries and other miscellaneous purchases under the control.
- Liaise with cleaner on cleaning rooster.
- To coordinate with the respective authorized personnel for MPKJ license renewal, car insurance renewal, road tax renewal, JPJ inspection & etc
- To keep and maintain proper filing of all important agreement and licenses
- Provide needs for the entire office, procedure and work schedule.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
