1. Acting on behalf of the company, understand the company values and always act in a professional manner, using language that aligns with the company.

2. To manage, supervise and support a team of subordinates which consist of midwife, nurses and management staffs for the daily operation of Confinement Centre

3. Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results.

4. Have problem solving skill

5. To inspect and ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the entire confinement centre

6. Briefing customer

7. To constantly review and report to the Management on the team performance, customers feedback, marketing competitive and area of improvement

8. To plan and control on material purchase and stock inventory ensure operational efficiency

9. To monitor and taking care daily confinement food quality supply to cater customers’ needs and concerns

10. To assist the Company to achieve its goal as planned.

11. Answering in-house calls

12. Managing in-house talks and activities

13. Attending to customer

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
