Customer Service Admin Assistant

Job Requirements:
- Require skill(s): MS Office, MS Window
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Fresh graduate or with working experience in the related field
- A team player who is independent, self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Preference given to those who are able to start work immediately
**Job Description**:
- Sample Registration
- Sending report and invoice to customer
- To ensure daily correspondence to the customer are handled smoothly, professionally and on time
- To attend to clients courteously and provide good customer services (on the phone and walk in)
- To accept and distribute incoming mails and calls
- To type lab reports
- To assist in invoicing, billing and credit collection
- To check and monitor the reports turn around time and payment from customers
- Assist in preparing sales and collection reports
- To perform data entry
- To maintain good filling system and proper records of all documents
- To monitor dispatch record
- To assist in sales and marketing activities
- To prepare sales and marketing materials
- Handle customer complains
- Onsite sample collection when it is required
- Ensuring good coordination with other related departments, including sales, purchasing, technical & operations team
- Responsible to document customers' needs, communicate & liaise with all concerned departmental Heads ensure customers' requirements are understood & can be fulfilled
- Perform any other assignments as and when required by the superior
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kelana Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
