Responsibilities - Recruiting, monitoring, and training the operation officers and security guards. - Attend meetings with other clients to determine operational requirements. - Coordinate staff to respond in the event of an emergency. - Plan and coordinate daily security operations - Create reports for management on security status. - Investigate and resolve issues related to our service Requirements - At least two (2) years of experience in an Operation officer/manager in a security company - Experience in reporting and emergency response planning - Excellent knowledge of security company's procedures and protocols - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and leadership skills as well as the ability to lead a team - Committed and reliable
