Internship - Administrative / Managment in

Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general file, typing, data entry and completing and processing data for analysis for procurement department
- Organize all procurement activities related to request for proposals and price quotes
- Process requisitions into purchase order and any resulting change orders
- Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability and delivery
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors with orders, delivery, and invoicing
- Sourcing for quotation from vendors, prepare price comparison and clarify specification whether meet requirement
- Organize and maintain computerized records containing vendor information and product pricing
- To perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:
- Can speak and write generally well in Bahasa Melayu & English.
- Well verse with MS Excel, MS Word & MS Powerpoint.
- Able to perform task assigned either independently and in a team.
- Willing to learn and highly committed.
Working Hours:
- 9am - 6pm
