**JDs for Operation CS Excecutive**:
1) Follow up and liase with Customers

2) Coverage for Freighting Inclusive: Land, Sea, Air and basic custom brokerage

3) Liaise with internal team, Planning & Operation arrangement & coordination

4) Invoicing and maintaining TMS data

**Details Job scope for Operation CS Executive**:
1) Received booking from customer

3) Reply to customer & follow ups

4) If outsource vendor, Issue PO to subcon

5) TMS Data entry for SO, issue POD

6) All document compiling and issue invoice to customer

7) Sea or Air freight sourcing & place booking & issue for Shipping documents

**Remarks:

- **

1) Experience from Freight Forwarder background & Handle for Ocean/ Air Freight

2) Preferred Mandarin Chinese speaking & written skills (As will covers & handling customer from Mainland China)

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- English (required)
- Bahasa

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
