About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES' in Senai Johor. This full-time position will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help improve processes and services

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer concerns and close sales
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales automation tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the call centre and customer service industry, and understanding of the latest trends and best practices
