A Marketing Cum Customer Service key role is to plan, execute, and manage marketing activities while ensuring excellent customer service for hostel tenants and prospects. This position plays a key role in promoting the hostel's brand, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring positive customer experiences through effective communication, marketing initiatives, and service coordination.

Job Description :

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote hostel & foreign worker.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional content (photos, videos, etc.).
  • Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and customer engagement through digital channels.
  • Present in an appealing and professional manner, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
  • Manage our E-commerce platform/account.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Record and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Receive and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports on customer service activities, feedback, and issues.

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong background in revenue-focused marketing & Sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
