Customer Service Officer/executive

**Job description**
- Utilize organizational ability to process job orders promptly, aligning with customer’s requirements;
- Contribute to the smooth flow of operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery;
- Take charge of achieving timely invoicing and billing, playing a vital role in the financial stability and growth of our company;
- Elevate customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional standards and fostering strong relationships;
- Contribute to the sustainability and growth of our business by ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support without any shipping failures;
- Assist business development team to define strategy for company Implement the plan which in line with the company’s strategies;
- Provide immediate attention to customer’s issues and follow-up with solutions;
- Ensure all task specific responsibilities and accountabilities contained within procedures and work instructions are fully applied;
- Understand or study the production and shipping pattern/flow of every existing customer and upgrade current service facility provided to them.
- Must have knowledge on K1,K2,K3,K8 & K9.
- Knowledge on LMW, logistics and transportation management.
Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):
1.Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma
2.At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Non-Executive
3.Able to work independently, self-motivated and a team player, have a good interpersonal skill and strong communication skill.
4.Have good organizational skill, a proactive mindset, detailed oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize work with high sense or urgency.
5. Able to start immediately.
6. Work location : Senai / Pasir Gudang, Johor
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
