**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Engaged Learning Experience and Innovative Teaching team. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the overall teaching and learning experience through active support of digital platforms, quality analytics, and daily operations that ensure a seamless academic experience for both students and faculty.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Teaching & Learning Support**
- Provide operational and technical support for Learning Management System (LMS) and CAMU for both online and offline teaching.
- Monitor the effectiveness of teaching delivery via student feedback and academic surveys.
- Support the implementation of innovative teaching tools and strategies aligned with the university’s academic goals.

**2. Data Analytics & Quality Improvement**
- Collect, analyse, and report on teaching quality and student satisfaction survey data.
- Assist in planning and conducting facilities usage and satisfaction surveys for continuous improvement.

**3. Academic Operations Support**
- Assist with troubleshooting student and staff login issues related to learning platforms and academic portals.
- Monitor and manage attendance systems and escalate issues where necessary.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to academic staff on matters related to teaching and learning enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Technology, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with LMS platforms (Moodle, CAMU, Blackboard, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in education data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with students, academic staff, and IT teams.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and a proactive team player.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with academic analytics tools and survey systems.
- Experience in higher education or a similar academic environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
