**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Project Manager by tracking and following up on items in the follow‑up list.
- Manage and maintain the Project Manager’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely communication of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Maintain and organize confidential records and filing systems.
- Assist with personal errands or tasks for the Project Manager when required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support both the executive and the organization
- Assisting the Project Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.
- Appointing labor and Scheduling routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment breakdowns and malfunctioning. -Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
- Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
- Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
- Updating the Project Manager on the status of projects.
- Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
- Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience working in a high-profile corporate environment or similar setting.
- Knowledge of project management practices and familiarity with manufacturing business operations.
- Strong spoken English skills:

- Mandarin speaking skills are an advantage, especially for communication with China-based suppliers.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Willing to relocate to Pontian

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
