**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee entire project lifecycle based on the project requirement.
- Coordinate with consultant and management team, relevant authorities, and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with requirements.
- Ensure overall project delivery meets client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with contract obligations and local authority requirements.
- Manage project scheduling, monitoring progress, and reporting to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- To analyze and resolve issues related to project such as cost implication, emergencies, delay of work, foreign worker issue, and others
- Resolve project-related issues to ensure smooth operation and completion.
- To ensure that all work carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, works instruction and others
- Coach and counsel the project site personnel to enhance the work performance

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years in Project Manager role.
- At least 5 years of construction project management experience in plumbing, water reticulation or sewerage projects.
- Computer literate in industry related software such as MS Project / Word / Excel & AutoCAD
- Possess a strong leadership skill, problem solving and communication skills.
- Willing to work outstation within Malaysia depending on Project's need.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
