**Responsibilities**:

- Job Description:
- 2. To monitor and study project’s contract details, product specification and drawing for every customers project or enquiry.
- 3. Review and determine the discount rates or special pricing plan provided to individual customer. Negotiate with customers on price, products, and payment terms to achieve company goals.
- 4. Monitor on-site project status and document management.
- 5. Coordinate and liaise with all supplier, sub-contractors, designer or consultant if any
- Achieve growth, hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and overseas the sales performances.
- 6. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.
- 7. Present and provide regular sales performance report, revenue and expenses report, project status report and realistic forecasts to the management team as needed
- 8. Handle all ad-hoc task occurred in the company.
- Job Requirements:

- 1. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 2. Possess own transport
- 3. Able to work independently with good sense of responsibility.
- 4. Self-motivated & possess a positive working attitude.
- 5. Proven capabilities in negotiating, influencing, communication and presentation skill
- 6. Passionate in office furnishing and design will be an advantage
- 7. Required language: English & Malay.
- 8. Able start to work immediately without serve notice period.
- 9. The work location will be at company's branch at Kuala Lumpur.**Benefits**:
