- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify ways to improve our products and services.
- Work with other teams to implement strategies that enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to sharpen your skills and knowledge. Be ready to tackle any additional tasks your superiors throw your way

**Education/ Requirements**:
Enrolled in a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.

- Stellar written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- A passion for working with others to deliver top-notch customer service
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office A positive attitude with a hunger for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
