RSG is currently seeking a Commerce & Community Assistant based in Malaysia to play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of merchandising and online sales activities within the company. The primary focus of this role is to assist with various tasks related to merchandise management and e-commerce platforms.

**Responsibilities**

**Commerce**
- Develop and execute merchandise strategy for the organisation
- Manage merchandise sourcing, production, pricing negotiations, inventory, and timely supplier deliveries to meet customer demands.
- Maintain accurate merchandise records across all sales channels and inventory levels
- Coordinate with logistic partners for order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to provide insights to improve commerce operations and strategies

**Community**
- Foster stronger relationships with fans through daily communication across various channels.
- Coordinate and execute online activities for the community with the team.
- Innovate ideas and strategies to enhance community engagement.
- Plan and execute community initiatives, contributing to a robust bond with our audience.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with individuals.
- Display good initiative to find solutions and work independently to ensure timely delivery.
- Speaks fluent and good command of written English and Chinese as you may be communicating with your Chinese counterparts.
- Capable of engaging effectively with gamers and possesses an in-depth understanding of target audience consumption habits.
- 1 - 2 years working experience in merchandise management, e-commerce, or related roles
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Fun & creative personality
- Stay up-to-date with online trends in order to ensure relevance
- Basic understanding of various esports game titles (MLBB) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
