**About the role**

The global mobility team plays a crucial role as the backbone and driving force of our business.

Joining a great team of global mobility and legal professionals, this position will involve a huge amount of client engagement as you collaborate with an exciting and varied client base as you support their immigration requirements. You will to be part of a life changing impact for our clients relocate, live and work in Australia and other parts of the world.

**Main responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for the end to end lifecycle of the customer experience, including project planning, training, implementation, retention and growth
- Work with case managers, and lawyers to complete new and current Immigration projects
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing ongoing, proactive support for our clients

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in admin
- Experience as an Immigration Consultant and/or customer service is preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office is required
- Amenable to report to office at least once a week

**Salary**: RM50,000.00 - RM66,000.00 per year

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
