**Position Summary**

To assist with general office administrative tasks, including filing, preparing reports and summary data, answering phone calls, and scheduling. This role supports the administrative team and contributes to maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Organize and maintain document filing systems
- Input data entry or compilation for reporting and summaries
- Assist in preparing the Monthly Payment Request
- Support updates and reporting for 6S activities
- Help manage office equipment and facilities, including cleaning services, vending machines, copiers, drinking water dispensers, general waste, courier services, and ordering of supplies such as hand soap, toilet paper, and stationery.
- Raise Purchase Request when necessary.
- Provide support to the team with day-to-day tasks as needed
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor as required.

**Experience**
- Fresh Graduate or 1 years working experience.
- Communication Skills - verbal & written
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Administrative Support - Able to complete the tasks assigned

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
