To ensure the Product Risk Rating framework and Responsible Selling practices are effectively

carried out at the sales and operational level, your role as internal risk control oversight is pivotal as

second line of defense in identifying vulnerabilities, offering recommendation, and thereby providing

assurance to management. In meeting this,
- Perform reviews of sales practices through samplings. This includes evaluating whether the sales teams adhere to ethical guidelines, established procedures, engage in transparent and fair practices throughout the sales process, assess the operational robustness and effectiveness including pre and post sales call back procedures.
- Review on clarity of customer disclosure. This task involves evaluating the clarity, accuracy and completeness of disclosures made to customers regarding product features, terms and conditions and associated risks.
- Assess the processes for evaluating the suitability of risk rating that commensurate with risk profile of customers.
- Continuously updating and maintaining product risk rating framework that used to assess the risk associated with different investment products.
- Examine the rewards and incentives offered to sales teams. It aims to ensure that these incentives are aligned with responsible selling practices and to mitigate the risk of mis-selling resulting from inappropriate incentives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in banking/finance/audit with at least 3 years of experience in middle management.
- Excellent knowledge of financial market, investment products and risk management.
- Demonstrated proven track record with business affiliate/partners to strike-a-balance between business and risk.
- Knowledge of legislative aspects and regulatory requirements of banking and financial institutions are a key requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both written and oral through all levels of the organization.
- Exhibited leadership skills with ability to plan strategically in executing complex and challenging assignments
- Processes analytical and critical thinking. Attentive to details and possess investigative nature.
