**Job Overview**:
The **Digital Marketing Executive** at Ibis Styles Hotel Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park will be responsible for executing and managing the hotel’s digital marketing strategies, with a focus on increasing online visibility, driving traffic to the hotel’s website, and enhancing overall online presence. The role involves implementing campaigns across multiple digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing and revenue objectives. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the sales, revenue, and operations teams to create and promote compelling online content that attracts guests and elevates the hotel's brand in the competitive Kuala Lumpur market.

**Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Campaigns**:

- Create and manage paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads for the hotel.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., Google, social media platforms, agencies) to ensure campaigns are optimized and aligned with business goals.
- Implement and manage seasonal and promotional campaigns to maximize booking conversions and increase brand visibility.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage the hotel's **social media profiles** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
- Develop creative, engaging, and shareable social media content that aligns with the hotel’s brand values and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, reporting on the effectiveness of content, audience growth, and social media ROI.
- Respond to guest inquiries, comments, and messages on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.

**Website Optimization & Content Management**:

- Collaborate with the revenue and operations teams to ensure the hotel’s **website** is optimized for user experience (UX), conversion, and SEO.
- Regularly update and manage content on the hotel’s website and landing pages to reflect current promotions, seasonal offers, and brand messaging.
- Implement effective **SEO strategies** to improve the hotel’s organic search rankings and visibility.
- Track and report on website analytics using **Google Analytics** and other tools, and use insights to improve digital strategies.
- Maintain and update the **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)** system to segment and target the right audiences with relevant offers.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities, including **website traffic**, **conversion rates**, **social media engagement**, and **ROI**.
- Regularly report on the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend adjustments based on data and performance analysis.
- Use tools like **Google Analytics**, **Facebook Insights**, and other industry-standard tools to evaluate digital marketing performance.

**Collaboration and Brand Alignment**:

- Work closely with the hotel’s **sales** and **revenue** teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with the **graphic design** and **content creation** teams to ensure that all marketing materials, visuals, and copy are aligned with the hotel’s brand identity and voice.
- Keep the hotel’s management team informed of digital marketing performance and suggest new strategies to improve results.

**Paid Media and Digital Advertising**:

- Manage the hotel's budget for paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads**, and other digital channels.
- Evaluate and implement **paid media** strategies to increase reach and visibility, drive direct bookings, and support the hotel’s online sales goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies or third-party platforms for digital media buying, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **Business Administration**, **Communications**, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in **digital marketing**, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Familiarity with **CRM** systems and customer segmentation.
- Experience in managing **online reputation** and engaging with guests on **social media**.
- **Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of **digital marketing strategies**, tools, and platforms.
- Proficiency in **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads**, **Google Analytics**, and **SEO tools**.
