Handle all aspects of computerised Reservations, Ticketing functions and procedures

Handle Ticketing for Walk-in / Government Portal / Corporate clients

Check the queues on GDS system on a daily basis on order to monitor any messages coming from the airline such as any flight changes or cancellations

Recognize and refund any unused tickets

Advise and amend any discrepancies with names, date, costing or any others components of the booking

Customer's billing and sales collection update

Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing ticketing services in a professional manner and professional behaviour for the benefit of our Company’s Image

Excellent attention to detail

To handle 24/7 after hours emergency matters

Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management from time to time

**Requirement**

Minimum 4 Year(s) of Reservation OR Travel Agent Environment would be an advantage

Skills in Ticketing: GDS SABRE / AMEDEUS / Travelport (an advantage), OBT and Airline booking portal

Good telephone etiquette and courteous

Good customer relationship skills with smile in a face.

Prepare to put in extra efforts for carrier advancement

**Salary**: RM1,599.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
