**Your day-to-day revolves around**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, and business units, to develop compelling campaign strategies and assets.
- Set clear performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign, monitor performance, and provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on data insights, A/B testing, and best practices to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the performance marketing strategy.
- Monitor industry benchmarks and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative marketing approaches.
- Track mechanisms, analyse campaign data, and provide actionable insights for performance optimisation.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, privacy policies, and compliance guidelines to ensure adherence in all marketing activities.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or similar in experience.
- Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in performance marketing, preferably in a similar role or in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with performance marketing channels and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpreting data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving results and continuous improvement.
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
