**Responsibilities**:
- To collaborate with internal (inter-department, branches, sales & digital team) & external parties to design & monitor campaigns, promotions, roadshows, tie-ups & marketing plans to achieve departmental target - specifically for DuitNow & iRPP merchants.
- Lead and drive business excellence for ecommerce division
- the pragmatic pursuit and delivery of outstanding results for all stakeholders - generate event reports that provide further insights into the team performance that can be used for evaluation and analytical purposes
- Having future-focused mindset, being curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation which benefit merchants, and translating opportunities into business plans opportunities and follows up the competition's commercial activity to identify potential threats for ecommerce division of HLBB.
- Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view to achieve division strategy and target on the e-Commerce market/division.
- Managing & enhancing merchant business app (HL BizBuddy) and the merchant on-boarding & engagement system, ensuring it is always market relevant, comply to security & regulatory requirements & seamless to customers.
- To lead and implementation of a best practice framework & Adaptive replication of best practices that suits the division to achieve business efficiency that translate to target achievement.
- Support Head of Channel Sales Management, PFS Digital. in driving and delivering the business target & strategy set for the division.

- Minimum 3 years working experience in ecommerce role with financial institution or services experience or FMCG industry.
