We are seeking a highly motivated **Programme Manager **to oversee and manage the implementation of various training programmes surrounding the '42 Malaysia' initiative, including but not limited to 'Code4Teens' and 'Code4Work' bootcamps. The role involved collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure a successful execution and expansion of these programmes from start to end.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programmes on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, high schools, and the public to organise and conduct the 'Code4Teens' bootcamp.
- Collaborate with industry players, HR professionals, and ministries to organise and conduct the 'Code4Work' bootcamp.
- Work closely with Head of Academics and Learning Experience Designer to ensure the learning outcomes of each programmes are met.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations and pitches to promote the programmes and attract participants.
- Be the voice of change to promote quality education to a wider audience and introduce the concept of 42KL to more individuals.
- Collaborate with the cadets of 42KL to assist in programme execution and training sessions.
- Provide regular progress reports on programme activities and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in project management within the education sector.
- Passion for education and a strong interest in learning about business development.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity in dealing with either parents or HR professionals is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
