**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance management and HR related systems.
- Act as a resource for department managers and employees to ensure their understanding and compliance with the company’s policies and regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement of local management by establishing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while protecting the company’s best interests.
- Build and foster a culture of employee engagement that is consistent with the company’s culture and values.
- Manage the vendor of dormitory management.
- Other duties or projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry (factory) in engaging and managing employees from different cultures/nations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
