- Maintain good records of all financial documents and ensure accounts transactions are up to date at all times
- Prepare monthly management reports with analysis of sales and cost based on schedules as required.
- Update bank reconciliation
- Update of relevant information for monthly reports
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and models to support decision making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.
- Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality and operations.
- Optimize the allocation of financial resources to maintain liquidity
- Stay updated with changes to minimize tax liabilities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

**Requirement**
- At least 4 years of experience and above
- Able to work independently, self motivated and well organized
- Solid data entry skills with ability to identify numerical errors
- Minimum Diploma in finance, Accounting or related field

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
