**Finance & Accounting**:
- Handle a full set of company accounts. Accounting software use is QuickBooks Online.
- Handle Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
- Assist in the audit process by working with the Finance & HR Manager in providing information and data as requested.
- Execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, etc.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records.
- Find solutions to discrepancies by working with the Finance & HR Manager and correcting any erroneous information or calculations.
- Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to HODs and executives.
- Working close within all departments.
- Adhere to budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs.
- Answer questions from co-workers, clients, customers, or stakeholders regarding financial information or issues.
- Assisting Directors and Finance HOD to produce the yearly tax Returns, Management Accounts, Budget and Annual Accounts
- Liaison with external providers for KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF, Tax Agents, Company secretary and Auditors.
- Executing all necessary reporting regarding all government projects.
**Human Resource and administration**:
- Payroll coordination Policies & procedures by ensuring all documentation is up to date, in conjunction with the Business Manager
- Leave by managing / registering staff absences and holidays
- Maintain and monitor staff leave (annual leave, medical leave, etc.)
- Staff payroll and annual submission of staff remuneration to authority.
- Provide general administrative support to employees.
- Ensure full participation in one-to-one and supervision meetings, and any other meetings that may be deemed necessary as required.
- To be flexible and be prepared to work evenings and/or weekends to cover duties for finance & HR deadlines where necessary.
- To carry out any other work allocated/designated by the Finance & HR HOD and Senior Management Team within a given deadline.
- To undertake the administrative duties of the organization, including drafting letters, maintaining filing and other day to day resources.
- Assist the HODs, Finance and HR team in the completion of day to day tasks within the organization.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
**Salary**: RM400.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
