**Admin Staff - Remote (Non-Customer-Facing)**

**Job Scope**:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Admin Staff** to support our back-office operations. This role focuses on handling internal tasks such as data entry, order tracking, inventory updates, and reporting — **without direct interaction with customers**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order & Inventory Management**:

- Review and organize incoming SIM/eSIM orders in our backend system.
- Ensure all order details are accurate and ready for fulfillment.
- Update and maintain internal inventory records.
- **Data Entry & Record Maintenance**:

- Input and update product, supplier, and transaction data into spreadsheets or systems.
- Ensure all information is accurate, complete, and well-organized.
- Assist in maintaining digital filing systems (e.g., Google Drive).
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on orders, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Prepare internal summaries or trackers for management.
- **Process Support**:

- Coordinate internally with the operations team to support process flows.
- Flag discrepancies or delays in order status, shipping, or stock levels.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with invoice tracking, reconciliation, and basic document preparation.
- Organize shared files, folders, and databases for internal access.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of administrative or operations support experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in tools like **Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive**, and basic Excel functions.
- Familiarity with **Shopify**, **Notion**, **Airtable**, or **similar platforms** is a plus.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in e-commerce, telecom, or logistics admin roles.
- Basic understanding of SIM/eSIM order flows.
- Ability to automate routine tasks using formulas or templates.
