1. **Human Resources (HR) Management**:

- **Recruitment & Staffing**:

- Coordinate job postings, interviews, and the hiring process.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:

- Manage payroll
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding compensation, benefits, and taxation.
- **Training & Development**:

- Conduct training for new agents
- Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest strategies for improvement.

2. **Administrative Management**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including preparation of inventory to ensure a productive work environment.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Manage and maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring they are secure and compliant with regulations.
- Oversee general administrative tasks, including filing, organizing meetings, and handling official correspondence.
- Ensure accurate documentation of employee benefits, leave records, contracts, and compliance documents.

The **HR and admin staff** is a dynamic role that requires a blend of skills in both human resources and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace while also fostering employee development and satisfaction.

Work hours: 2 -4 hours per day

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
