Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional advice and guidance on Takaful products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable protection plans.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and company KPIs.
- Attend training sessions and actively engage in self-development programs.
- Support clients with claims processes and after-sales services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / High School Certificate or equivalent (Diploma/Degree is an advantage).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience in sales/marketing/insurance/takaful is an added advantage (training will be provided).
