Payroll Specialist Operation Manager

Supervise on the entire payroll process; meticulously checking their payroll reports to ensure its quality and accuracy, ensuring payslip, salaries transfer and statutory payments are being distributed on timely manner.
- Oversee and ensure appropriate controls are in place to safeguard personnel data, maintain continuity of operations, and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Hands on in preparing payroll reporting during peak period.
- Prepares, reviews and takes appropriate action on audit reports to verify data integrity and observations. Prepares ad-hoc reports (when requested) using human resources information systems (HRIS) system information.
- Lead the implementation of HRMS (ie.e-Profile, e-Leave, e-Claim, e-Payroll etc.) especially for new employees.
- Manage HR related projects by coordinating resources and timelines across HR
- Monitor employee benefits and ensure compliance
- Research and recommend methods to control compensation costs
- Monitor and report on compensation trends

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Business Degree or equivalent with minimum 5-7 years of working experience in payroll field.
- Strong managerial and time management skills in prioritizing work and supervising the team's progress in meeting customers' requirements and expectation.
- Possess excellent working attitude, personality, initiative, responsible, team player and able to lead independently.
- Excellent customer service towards internal and external clients, organizational skills and able to work under pressure during peak period.
- Proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll supervisor/manager.
- Excellent knowledge of Malaysia's labour legislation and regulations of the field.
- Excel in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (ie. Infotech, and databases will be an added advantage.
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Great attention to detail and technically sounded in term of payroll practices.
- Proficient in writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
