**Why You’ll Love This Role**:
As the HR Payroll & Admin, you’ll play a critical role within the HR team, focusing on payroll management and ensuring compliance with regulations. You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for the company
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, including salary, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to improve payroll processes
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure company compliance
- Prepare and submit required payroll reports and documentation
- Effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to address payroll-related concerns and ensure smooth collaboration

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in payroll processing
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and statutory requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data processing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information
- A well-organized leader with a passion for HR and a BSc/BA in Business, HR, or a related field
- **Fluency in Mandarin** is essential to manage relationships and collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
